As part of the new programs instituted by the R&R Coordinators AFS recruit and up are now allowed strictly off duty access to a community forum. Any posting of classified material or use while on duty will be strictly dealt with by high command.
((This is the V.N.B.B., all posts made here should be made as your character posting to a central 'online' bulletin board accessed from computer terminals and hand held PDAs by any AFS member. ))
